It is its performance and ease of control that have allowed the Techno 293 One Design to become the dynamic series that we know. It shows ideal dimensions for sailing in a wide range of conditions.

With its high volume and its moderate width outline, the Techno 293 is a very good support for learning windsurfing. In light winds, the daggerboard helps the ascent upwind, and its length of almost 3 meters as well as its moderate width offer very good glide in "non-planing" conditions.

Once planing, its concave hull is efficient and the 293 offers all the sensations of funboarding. In addition to the regatta, the Techno 293 is also part of an initiation and "leisure" funboard program, which allows clubs to limit their investment to a single board and to simplify their management of equipment.

Well equipped, it has established itself as a reliable and efficient support for racing on equal terms on all bodies of water.

The 2014 World Championships in Brest were a great success: they saw more than 400 participants from 35 countries and 5 continents compete!
