Deliveries and returns

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment and depending on available stock.

The standard shipping method is shipment by the carrier Interoute, without tracking service or with DPD with tracking service. Parcels handled by DPD are invoiced at the unit rate according to the distribution zone regardless of the weight of the parcel, which must be less than 31.5 kg. All other parcels are delivered via third-party service providers and the costs are estimated on request. This condition is valid for bulky items: sails, poles, booms, electric motors... Some products are not subject to this rule and are shipped by other service providers and specific charges may apply.

Your package is not insured and the shipment is at your risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products. .

 

If you wish, you can ask us to take out transport insurance, at an additional cost depending on the value to be insured.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping costs.

We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. This allows us to better assemble your shipments and limit transport costs. If in doubt about the transport price, do not hesitate to contact us.

The parcels

Maximum weight = 31.5 kg. Single price for all packages ranging from 0 to 31.5 Kg.

We verify the shipping costs for each order. In case of variation with the price displayed at the time of purchase, the customer will be notified. Reimbursed for the overpayment or will be asked to complete the payment of the transport costs.

The returns

Attention only the shipping costs are included in the delivery costs, if you return the goods to us, the costs incurred are your responsibility.

The personal abduction

You can also choose to pick up your order yourself at our store located at 5 Um Weisse Steen, 9653 Goesdorf, Luxembourg, free of transport costs.
